We’re going with MessagePack as this week’s library. I’ve had a number of production applications that requried high-volume Redis caching, and let me tell you .. nothing tests your serlializes like Redis. The implementation is a little painful but once you get it working right, MessagePack is hands down the best serializer on the market.
